Perez & Perez, in collaboration with Manica Architects, served as the design architect for the Inter Miami CF Stadium and Training Complex in Fort Lauderdale. Spanning a 66-acre site, the project involved the demolition of the former Lockhart Stadium to make way for a new 18,800-seat Major League Soccer stadium, complete with club suites, concessions, media facilities, and VIP amenities. The development also includes a 54,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art training facility, one of the largest in Major League Soccer, featuring comprehensive amenities such as locker rooms, gyms, hydrotherapy pools with an underwater treadmill, a cafeteria, offices, meeting rooms, and media workspaces. The complex further incorporates seven full-sized, lighted training fields, including six natural grass fields and a 1,500-seat turf field for community and high school sports.
