This five-story boutique work-live building features a facade that pays homage to Wynwood as an artists’ neighborhood. The design of the building draws from its surroundings to produce a series of “frames and canvases” that activate the space by providing an artistic foreground on the entire building façade. Much like the urban context of large-scale graffiti and walls covered in art that propelled Wynwood into what it is today, this building adopts this essential aesthetic and translates it into a functional part of the structure.
The building design features 20 work-live units, a ground floor retail space, and a rooftop terrace. Expected to be completed early 2026, this 63,000 sq ft building will have an estimated construction cost of approximately $14 million.
