Neldo Garcia has 30 years of experience in architecture and has been with Perez & Perez Architects Planners, Inc. for 19 years, serving as an Architectural Coordinator. His project experience includes the Concourse C-D Infill Shell at Miami International Airport, the Concourse D Extension / Concourse D at Miami International Airport, and Panama Metro Line 2. He has also contributed to projects such as the U.S. Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA), Verbena Housing, and Pinnacle Heights.

Throughout his career, Mr. Garcia has provided technical coordination and design support for transportation, aviation, residential, and infrastructure projects. His technical expertise and attention to detail support the successful execution of projects from design through construction.
