This project consists of a 14-story tower integrated with a public plaza, strategically designed to serve the judicial needs of children and families in a modern, accessible, and welcoming environment.
The facility includes 18-courtrooms, along with associated judicial suites and administrative spaces, and was conceived as a purpose-built environment specifically tailored for juvenile and family-related legal proceedings. Every element of the project — from initial programming through to final material selection — was guided by the principles of value-driven justice, dignity, and care. Interior spaces were designed to be bright, open, and calming, with an emphasis on natural daylight, transparency, and intuitive circulation.
