The Miami Springs project program accomplished both site expansion and the renovation and repair of several elements to upgrade the school’s overall functionality. The additions include new construction of a music arts suite, a media center, and an administration building.
Renovations included a general facelift, renovation of the cafetorium, upgrades to life safety systems, and ceiling and lighting replacements. Total new construction comprises 89,000 square feet.
