Laura Conti Guglia

Architectural Coordinator

Laura Conti Guglia is an Architectural Designer with over 12 years of experience in architectural design, documentation, and project coordination across Italy and the United States. She brings a strong technical foundation and an interdisciplinary perspective to each project she supports.

Laura holds a Master of Architectural Studies with High Distinction from New School of Architecture & Design in San Diego, with an emphasis in Neuroscience for Architecture, as well as a Master of Architecture from the University of Reggio Calabria, Italy. Her academic background informs a thoughtful, research-driven approach to the built environment.

For the past three years, she has served as an Architectural Coordinator at P&P Architects, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and supporting projects through all phases of design and construction documentation. Her project experience includes the University of Miami Football Operations Facility (UM FOF); the Hialeah Courthouse Courtroom; Regional Jury Pool and Courtroom/Judges’ Chambers renovations; the LATAM VIP Lounge; Port of Miami Terminal G (POM Terminal G); and the SPCC 23–24 Office Renovation.

Known for her collaborative mindset and positive approach, Laura is a dedicated team member who contributes proactively to shared goals and the successful delivery of complex projects.
