Anthony R. de Verteuil brings 40 years of experience in architecture and project management. He has been part of Perez & Perez Architects Planners, Inc. since 1999, serving in roles including Senior CAD Technician, Project Architect, and currently serves as Senior Project Manager. His extensive experience spans aviation, commercial, institutional, and residential projects, providing strong leadership and technical expertise throughout planning, design, and construction phases.

His project experience includes the LAN Cargo/Office Facility, LATAM Hangar/Office, and Aeropuerto El Dorado in Bogota, Colombia, as well as Epiphany Classrooms/Dining Room, Epiphany Multi-Purpose Facility, and Pinnacle Housing Group – VERBENA. Throughout his career, he has contributed to delivering projects that emphasize functionality, coordination, and long-term value while supporting complex operational and client requirements.
