Susel O. Diaz is an Architectural Coordinator with ten years of professional experience specializing in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. She holds a Master of Architecture from Florida International University (2017), where she earned honors including Dean’s List recognition and membership in Phi Theta Kappa.

Since joining P&P Architects three years ago, Susel has contributed to a variety of high-profile projects, including the University of Miami Football Operations Facility, Wynwood Development, Port of Miami Terminal G, MIA Park 6, the LATAM VIP Lounge at MIA, and regional courtroom renovations. She has developed expertise across all phases of design, from schematic design through construction documentation, building code compliance, municipal approvals, construction oversight, and client engagement.
