This 131,599-square-foot Design/Build prototype middle school accommodates approximately 1,500 students. Designed as a modular structure, the project serves as a community-based school in Miami’s inner city.
The educational program required the integration of classrooms, a media center, an auditorium, a cafeteria, administrative offices, and art and music suites. The project was delivered as a fast-track, phased Design/Build replacement of the existing school.
