As part of the Total Program Management contract, and in collaboration with Stiles Construction, the Cooper City High School addition required the new construction of a three-story building. The facility accommodates 36 classrooms within a 48,534-square-foot envelope.
The design and construction were executed under a fast-track schedule, with a total duration of 14 months from initial design through project delivery. Construction activities were carefully planned around the school’s academic calendar to maintain daily operations with minimal disruption.
