Perez & Perez was commissioned by Epiphany School to redesign and expand the existing classroom and cafeteria facilities, adding a two-story, 16-classroom building totaling approximately 16,000 square feet. The addition includes student restrooms, vertical circulation, exterior corridors, and support spaces, thoughtfully integrated with the surrounding convent and campus buildings. The project also features a 12,300-square-foot cafeteria and dining hall building with dedicated teacher dining and lounge areas, food service kitchen, and storage and receiving spaces.
